Changes or Refunds

For any product not damaged, the return must be made within the next 10 days after the date you received the product, we will change it as long as the product is in its original packaging and keeps its new labels, the product cannot have been washed, It doesn’t have any odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or others, it must be returned in perfect condition, well packaged to avoid damage.

Returns will only be accepted for non-conformity in sizes, or we will offer you a refund in case the product has any manufacturer imperfection, this will be based on the original payment method.

To request the return of the product, the customer must send an email to hi@purepwrfit.com with the following information:

-Purchase or order number

-Product description

-Photography of the reason for Return

Once the Pure PWR Fit team receives the return request via email and processes the information, it proceeds to send the response to the client, attached in the same email the label to be able to return the product, and its labels must be in perfect condition, It must not have been washed, it must not have odors, no stains, no makeup, or pet hair, it must be sent well packaged to avoid damage.

Once the return of the product is received, our team will be reviewing and sending the credit coupon to your email in the next 5-7 days, the same will happen with the refund. The refund will only be made to the initial payment method.   

Change for Incorrect Product: Sorry! In case we have made a mistake and we have sent your wrong product, you can request it through the email hi@purepwrfit.com, Pure PWR Fit will be sending you your initial product again, thus covering the costs of the new shipment.

Change of OUTLET-SALE Garments: They do not apply to refund or credit.
